- Email hello@musefolk.com with the subject “Cloud Server Workbench data deletion”.
- Include your Instagram username and the scope of the records to delete, such as an approximate message date, account authorization configuration, or all related app records. Do not send passwords, verification codes or a complete conversation history.
- The operator will reasonably verify your relationship to the records, clarify the scope if needed, manually process runtime records and relevant operational backup copies, and communicate the result. If specific information must be retained, we will explain the reason and scope.
The account owner may also revoke Cloud Server Workbench / Cloud Server Workbench-IG authorization in Instagram's app authorization settings to stop future authorized access. Revocation does not itself erase previously received records; please request deletion separately.
This is a manual deletion-request process for the Musefolk internal tool, not an automated deletion callback or self-service deletion button. Deleting this app's records does not delete originals held by Meta/Instagram or another participant, and does not delete your Instagram account. See the privacy policy.
