Cloud Server Workbench / Cloud Server Workbench-IG
Last updated: October 20, 2026 (Asia/Shanghai)
Cloud Server Workbench (Instagram product: Cloud Server Workbench-IG) is an internal tool operated by Musefolk for its own professional Instagram account, @musefolkofficial. It is intended to receive and organize inquiries, comments and creator collaboration messages. The Instagram integration is currently undergoing connectivity and event-delivery validation. Instagram AI drafting and automatic replies are not enabled.
Subject to authorization and the data supplied by Meta, we may process the business account ID and username, sender and recipient scoped identifiers, message/comment text and IDs, timestamps, and media or link metadata included in notifications. We also maintain access tokens, private connection settings and connection status. Basic website access logs may include IP address, request time, browser information and response status for service maintenance. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
We use this information for account operations, inquiries, collaboration and service maintenance. We do not sell it, use it for ad targeting, or infer sensitive traits such as race. This integration does not currently send Instagram message content to AI model providers. We will update this notice and address applicable authorization requirements before introducing such processing.
Tencent Cloud infrastructure in Singapore processes the integration and events, with an HTTPS entry point in Guangzhou, China. Private Instagram configuration and raw event payloads are encrypted on the server. The operator maintains access-controlled operational records and backups in China; some local configuration copies are not encrypted. Authorized operators and maintenance personnel may access data as needed for these purposes. Meta/Instagram independently handles its original platform data under its own policies.
We retain data for the stated purposes and handle deletion requests. Event history is configured for a maximum of 5,000 deliveries and cleanup of records older than 90 days when a subsequent event arrives; this is not guaranteed immediate deletion on day 90. The operator manually verifies deletion requests and checks runtime records and relevant operational backups. Access credentials are retained while needed for the connection and should be revoked and removed when no longer needed.
You can revoke the app's authorization in Instagram to stop future authorized access. Revocation alone does not erase previously received records. See our data deletion instructions. Deleting this app's records does not delete originals held by Meta/Instagram. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact hello@musefolk.com with your Instagram username and the scope of your request. We may reasonably verify identity. Changes to data use will be reflected in this notice.
These public policy pages are hosted on the Musefolk Shopify storefront. General storefront browsing is also covered by the storefront’s privacy notice and the hosting provider’s processing practices.
For the authorized operator to handle incoming messages, a copy of message text is also stored in an access-controlled dashboard in Guangzhou, China. These dashboard excerpts are stored as application records without application-level encryption at rest and are currently visible only to the highest-permission operator role. Manual deletion handling includes these dashboard copies. The encrypted original-event store and the dashboard copy are separate records.
